Flight Log - 2012-02-04 - Hans "Chris" Michielssen's 260 Space Booster (Estes Plan)
Built from plans in an old issue of the Model Rocket News printed in the 1960s.
This model has been on my "build list" for 35 years. It has a big cardstock nozzle and clear fins. Looks a little like the Estes Thor Agena B with Air Force decals.

At 50' feet up, it did a full loop, then vertical again. Turned over at apogee an ejected full 'chute. One clear fin shapped in half, away from root edge.
