First prototypes were made using blank CDs. they were prone to breaks on landing.
Newest version uses 1/8" ply disks with an ST-7 engine mount tube.
A print of the Moon is on one side, the Earth on the other.

The old Centuri engine from 1975 performed very well. Altitude was probably 125' with a very fast spin coming down.
